LVS BES is a student monitoring system with tests for four different subjects:
For each of these test components, two tests have been developed per school year, from group 3 of primary education up to and including year 3 of secondary education.

The English and NVT tests are aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
The tests for Papiamentu are aligned the Referentiekader Papiamentu and the learning strands linked to it.
The tests for Basic Math are aligned with the Referentiekader voor Taal en Rekenen and the tests for group 3 up to and including group 6 (primary education in the European Netherlands) with the learning strands for the European Netherlands.
